Commemorating the anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Join Australian Red Cross to reflect on the tragic use of nuclear weapons in 1945 and take part in an activity to inspire their efforts to ensure they are never used again.

Drumming ensemble El Tambo Taiko, school students - including from the Adelaide Japanese Community School - together with others will share their talents, perspectives and insights. Hear about the Nuclear Weapon Ban Treaty adopted in 2017 and the road still ahead to see it take effect.

Where: Australian Red Cross reception space, 212 Pirie Street, Adelaide 5000.
