Fox Sports have started broadcasting the J-League Highlights Show. Click here to see if it is on over the next week or go to the Fox Sports TV Guide and search "J League Highlights Show".

Fox Sports broadcasts the Asian Champions League with appearances from J-League teams. Check out the Fox Sports Asian Champions League page to see what games are coming up. All the Japanese teams have been knocked out for 2010, so check back in 2011.

    Radio PDF Print E-mail

    Radio Adelaide 101.5FM broadcasts J-Talk 8-9pm every Friday with lots of J-Pop and segments in Japanese as well as English. J-Talk is presented by the Australia Japan Association of South Australia.

    SBS Radio on 106.3 FM or 95.1 FM in the foothills - Has a program each Tuesday 10:00pm till 11:00pm. Their website also includes on-demand Japanese language news and some archived programs.

    NHK - Radio Japan - Japan's national broadcaster on shortwave to Australia everyday. Streaming news in English and Japanese is available from their site along with Japanese lessons.

    Thanks to the Japan Foundation, there have been Japan Film Festivals that visit Adelaide, but every so often there are screenings of Japanese films in Adelaide, mainly at the Palace-Nova cinemas or the Mercury cinema.

    The Palace cinema tends to show most of Takeshi "Beat" Kitano's Films You can look at pre views of his films at the Office-Kitano web site. There are a number English pages on this site, but only on the inner pages of the site. Select a movie from the Japanese movie menu and then look for the English icon.
