SPECIAL J-KAI FOR AUGUST...KARAOKE NIGHT!!!

Our next J-Kai is from 6pm, Thursday, 26 August.

In August we'll be set up with a catologue of Japanese and English songs for you to sing to. And..IT'S FREE! No cost to get in, no cost to sing.

J-Kai is a great opportunity to practice your Japanese, share your Japan stories, or get started with the JAFA community. It's all very informal and casual, so come join us for a fun night.

JAFA would also like to welcome on board the JET Alumni Association. J-Kai is now the regular gathering of JETAA SA Chapter. 

What is J-Kai?

J-Kai is JAFA's monthly social event that has been running since 1998. It provides an opportunity for Japanese and Australians with an interest in Japan to meet in a relaxed atmosphere.

J-Kai was orginally only a Japanese conversation group, but over the past few years it has evolved into a monthly "event" with addtions such as live music, Japanese TV and sumo wrestling videos.
