PRE-FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERING

Dates: Tuesday 6th October - Tuesday 3rd November


Flyer Distribution Tasks:

  • Distributing flyers in designated locations
  • Answering general enquiries
  • Promoting the JFF among your friends and family
  • Keeping a record of distribution duties

These shifts are conducted during the day in Adelaide and surrounding areas.

Your help is valuable to us, so we’ll only give you the number of shifts you’re comfortable with.

FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERING 

Dates: 30th October – 1st November & 6th – 8th November

(Friday/Saturday/Sunday over two weekends)

We are also taking expressions of interest for volunteers during the Festival period.


Volunteer tasks:

  • Front-of-house duties including ushering
  • Distributing, collecting and tallying surveys
  • Answering general enquiries
  • Tending to the JFF Information Desk at the Mercury Cinema
  • Promoting the JFF among your friends and family

Your help is valuable to us, so we’ll only give you the number of shifts you’re comfortable with.

 

Rewards:

Preference will be given to volunteers who assist with both Pre-Festival AND Festival duties.

Pre-Festival- 1X JFF t-shirt and 2X complimentary JFF tickets

Festival- 1X JFF t-shirt and 1X complimentary JFF ticket

Both- 1X JFF t-shirt and 4X complimentary JFF tickets

 

All volunteers will receive X4 $13 discount vouchers.

Volunteer Induction:

You are required to attend a volunteer induction on Tuesday 29th September, 6pm at Mercury Cinema.

 

Application deadline:

Friday 18th September, 5pm


After submitting your application, please wait for confirmation from the JFF Coordinator regarding your allocated shifts. Once we have contacted you, please reply again to lock in your shifts. If you are unable to reply, your shift may be re-allocated to someone else. Our apologies if we are unable to fit you in this time, but we will have more opportunities for similar volunteer positions in the near future.
